Heather Pownall

Heather Pownall, vice president of client solutions, brings over 20 years of experience as a strategic and entrepreneurial leader, with a strong track record spanning startups, global nonprofits, and Fortune 500 enterprises. In her role, Heather helps organizations move business forward through story.

Most recently, Heather served as a Senior Account Executive at Prosci, a global leader in change management.  There, she partnered with Fortune 500 leaders like Adobe, Uber, HCA, to help them navigate complex organizational change – from AI adoption to major technology implementations – equipping executives with the frameworks and people-centered approaches needed to bring their teams along through transformation.

Heather holds a Master of Business Administration degree from NC State Poole College of Management and is an ICF-certified executive coach. In her spare time is an avid traveler who draws inspiration from her experiences around the world. She is a talented abstract artist and owns an art studio and gallery, reflecting her deep passion for creativity and her commitment to Durham’s vibrant creative economy.
